Retourneer- en terugbetalingsprocedure
Volg de onderstaande stapsgewijze procedure om een terugbetaling voor het geretourneerde product te ontvangen:
Stap 1. Informeer country-mouse.com Per e-mail moet het verzenden van uw retourverzoek naar info@country-mouse.com de volgende informatie bevatten: het bestelnummer, de productreferentie en de reden voor de retour.
Stap 2. Verwerk het retourverzoek. Nadat het retourverzoek is verzonden, neemt onze landelijke muis binnen een maximale periode van 2 werkdagen contact met u op en biedt u het retouradres of een retourlogistieklabel, als de casus eerder wordt genoemd.
Stap 3. Return van uw product. U moet het product zonder onnodige vertraging retourneren, rekening houdend met de in dit geval aangegeven tijden binnen 30 dagen vanaf de dag dat u de bestelling ontvangt.
Stap 4. De terugbetalingsterm is binnen 10 dagen. Country-mouse.com zal alle ontvangen betalingen van u terugbetalen, zonder onnodige vertraging en in elk geval uiterlijk 10 dagen na de dag dat u ons op de hoogte bracht van uw beslissing om het contract te beëindigen.
De uitgegeven terugbetaling moet verschijnen in de betalingsmethode die u hebt gebruikt. Als u uw terugbetaling niet binnen 4-5 werkdagen hebt ontvangen, controleer dan uw bankrekening opnieuw. Om een bestelling te annuleren, neem dan onmiddellijk contact met ons op na de aankoop per e-mail op info@country-mouse.com, met uw verzoek om annulering aan (houd er rekening mee dat u maximaal 3 uur vanaf het moment van aankoop hebt om een annulering aan te vragen). De terugbetaling wordt uitgegeven met dezelfde betaalmethode. Nadat het pakket is verzonden, kan de bestelling niet worden geannuleerd.
Houd er rekening mee dat als de bestelling op verzoek van de klant wordt geannuleerd, een betalingsverwerkingskosten van 5% niet worden terugbetaald.
